This treadmill is very tiny! Much smaller than conventional treadmills. It works for me though. A tall or large person may have problems with the size. The track is set to a modest incline that can’t be changed. Pretty easy and quick to assemble, just had some difficulty getting some screws aligned in their threads properly. The product inside the box had a lot of dirt on it, but no damage. Functions properly.

This treadmill was surprisingly easy to put together. I was prepared to sit with it for hours instead it took me all of one hour from the time I opened the box.
I just needed something to walk on until I get to the point of being able to jog. It comes with some pre programmed sessions that increase in intensity levels so that will help with extended use as my endurance improves.
There is no power button so you do have to unplug it to turn it off. Thats the only thing I do not like about it. To save my outlet, I purchased a heavy duty extension cord and unplug it from there. Directions say to use an extension cord with length maxim 6.5 feet so be aware of that.
As far as price goes the shipping cost more than the treadmill. Other than that the price of the treadmill was fair for what I received. Its about 25 inches wide so it is nice and compact.
It is well made and sturdy. If you just need a basic treadmill to walk, jog or run on that is small yet strong this will do the job. Its all you need.
