It arrived quickly, within a few days. I got it today 9/2/22. I put it together myself in one hour. The instructions are helpful, the numbers of the parts and screws align in the package according to the steps, i.e. step 1 , step 2 step 3 step 4 …

I did a slow 10 minutes when I was done because I need to go back and tighten up screws, I didn’t tighten them completely but enough to get it going !

The motion is good, feels like getting a good range of upper body, which I need. I havent changed resistance yet…. looks like its on 5?

Not sure how my knees will like this though. So far they are ok. I did feel slippery on the foot pedal, I also need to tighten the straps better…so that’s on me.

The digital count had accurate time, I used my phone also to compare .. I’m not sure of the calories though. Can’t really tell what I burned maybe 25 in my 10 min? That seems low, but I may be confuing the counts…. it’s low impact which I need right now. I just need to get moving …and I think I can keep up with this… it felt easy and I watched a show, while doing it. It’s basic. But I need basic right now.
Those 10 minutes were the most excercise I did all year….so something is better than nothing. I’m ok with 20 minutes at a time, which is the recommendation. That’s a couple hours a week, if done daily. I’m ambitious, i can do it. I need to lose weight and start healthy habits.

Here’s to a start ! I say try it, if your hesitant. I reviewed a million things and decided on this plus it can hold my weight 😌. I may try a bike next.

Will update in as I go….

This machine is so soothing and relaxing to use. It legitimately feels like I am moving through water — and I imagine myself doing so while using it. It almost reminds me of using my Pilates reformer in that it makes the body feels so stretched and relieved. I love the full range motion and made a point not to buy a machine that just pulls back and forth.

The instructions for assembly were organized and easy. This machine stands up on its seat end and the arms fold in when not in use. (Well, it stands on my wood floor but falls over on carpet. I have to lean it against the wall to store it on carpet).

At first, I had this downstairs in my workout room, but because it can store upright in a small space, I moved it upstairs to a bedroom. So, now I just do a little workout before bed and it’s no big deal to stretch out my muscles and relax my body before sleep.

I love this machine and use it every morning and most evenings. It was delivered early and in good condition. Took me longer than most to assemble, but my fault. I keep it on the lowest resistance and still work up a sweat. It will be a full week tomorrow, but the monitor stopped tracking this morning. It turns on, but deletes all data at some point during the session. Good thing I watch the clock to make sure I don’t go over 20 minutes. If it weren’t for the monitor malfunctioning, I would’ve given it 5 stars. It’s still worth the money and is a very sturdy piece of equipment. And the full range of motion can’t be beat. I weigh 203.2lbs and will be 66 next week. My sleep is deeper and longer and I already lost 3.4lbs since I started using it 6 days ago. (It was 4.4lbs as of yesterday, but I fulfilled my craving yesterday for 3 Crab Rangoon and a small order of Shrimp Fried Rice. 🥴) I would buy this rower again and have already recommended it to several people.
