I mix it with my optimum nutrition protein shake so there is no taste but it’s one rounded tea spoon once a day. I don’t have any data to prove this but I’ve used this product in the past and I’ve always been happy with my results.

I bought this container of creatine in 2021. for 4.5 pounds i paid 46 dollars. They don’t even offer the 4.5lb container anymore when they did i saw it was advertised for 140 dollars. What is with these nutrition companies raking us over the coals? Shame on you optimum nutrition, At this point it would be cheaper to build muscle with food. I’m giving the purchase at the time a 5 start because it was a great buy when it was 46 dollars. But i would never spend what they want now for it. 50 dollars for a pound give me a break.

We’ve bought lots of powder proteins and supplements. This is the first one of its kind that my son is actually going to finish. He must like it or otherwise he definitely wouldn’t be using it daily or finish the product.
