I love this especially when I bake. I substitute this for flour to help me lose my weight. I still use the flour but just depends I try to use at least 3/4cups to instead of 3 like if the recipe called for 3cops of flour I use 2 1/4cups and 3/4 cups of this.

The only protein I can tolerate. Holds me the longest during the day. Easiest on my stomach. Not overly sweet but the chocolate is the best flavor. My go to for breakfast and lunch or just a pick me up before dinner.

Was looking for a protein to help with MPS (muscle protein synthesis) to help me recover quicker between workouts and reduce soreness. I was pleased with the quality of the tub I received. It was an authentic Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein. It had the gold neck band and on the bottom crease of U.S. made tubs of protein is a mold mark from plastic thermoforming. It looks the same on every tub and is normal. It had the date and batch codes of February 2024. It is a slow digesting protein used to support muscle recovery at times you go without food such as while you are asleep. I take it before bed by mixing with a little bit of almond milk and make it like a pudding.
