Didn’t see any caffeine listed in the ingredients but this BCAA has a little something in it. Made my skin feel warm every time I took this similar to some of the pre workouts I have taken, especially those formulated with fat burning. Flavor was very good. No complaints.

Changed to this from XTend. Sure it’s more $ per serving than XTend, but has a wayyy better ingredient profile and is a better value than most others in its category.
I use it as intra workout and finish it up post workout.

This is my first time taking it . But most of the reviews has been good. I can say that it does give you that tingle that you recognize from other workout drinks. This will be a work in progress
