ATP is the amino acid used by your muscles in intense movements like exercise. Creatine is used to make ATP in the muscles, and give you more energy. Having higher levels of creatine means you can produce more energy during exercise, and can exercise longer.
This brand has no crazy additives, no over the top marketing, no nonsense. Just creatine powder. Helps you supersaturate. Much finer powder than I’ve had with stuff available at walmart so it’s great to blend in drinks, and beats taking a bunch of creatine pills. Great if trying to get more energy from explosive workouts, or as an essential for vegans who don’t get creatine from red meat. Been using this specific brand for couple months, it’s great. I have more energy in the gym, and can do more sets. As with any creatine avoid large doses on empty stomachs because it can cause a bellyache, but at least you know the stuff’s real. Take a single scoop a day for three weeks, or three scoops over a day for one to reach level. Creatine breaks down to Creatinine, which is filtered by the kidneys alone and can be a marker for kidney failure, so if your doctor is alarmed by higher levels than normal let them know it’s because you have been supplementing, and everything will be fine. If you do have kidney issues already talk to your doctor before doing any supplements. Be informed that supplementing creatine allows more to be in your muscles, which will draw more water to them. Minor water weight gain can be noticed over your loading period, and increased thirst. The weight will come from fuller muscles rather than fat, so it’s a more pleasing look than being “bloated” from a poor diet, make no mistake.
If you want a flavorless, fine creatine powder that does what you need and for a fair price, get this. I will be reordering.

Quality Creatine Monohydrate without the brand name price. I’m a licensed personal trainer and self trained bodybuilder not competing right now though but religiously workout. I’ve tried all the expensive name brand creatine and after researching I figured out I could get the EXACT same product with less fancy name or container for much much cheaper and you get more! I have this as a subscription so of course it’s in my routine and a continual buy. Don’t get fooled by the fancy names, flavors, packaging, etc. Just get quality creatine and stick to a routine with strict discipline and watch the results. I’ve already recommended this to my gym friends to save them money on products they are already using but over paying for so I’d recommend it to anyone else as well. Cheap and quality. Works for me!!

It’s creatine monohydrate. I went with this because my previous brand had the California Prop 65 message … sadness 🙁
Delivery: 5 star! this came in a day. Impressive.
Packaging: 5 star! Solid container with plastic seal that actually took me some time to take off. No perforation for easy tear but I felt good I could not remove it with my fingers (secure). Lid was on tight. Screws in tight also, which is good to reduce moister. The container is solid hard plastic. My previous brand was in sealed plastic. There is also a decent sized moisture observant inside. Make sure you don’t eat it 🙂 ! The scoop was right on top. Has a nice long handle.
Content: creatine monohydrate. As expected. I didn’t test the chemical make up, but should be as stated. The material is chalky as expected. White powdery substance. Creates cloudy water.
Taste/use: 5 star. Don’t know what the complaint is. I got plain – no flavor. Has no flavor. At all! Taste like water. No grit either. Maybe those that are complaining need to add more water? – take with 16-32oz water. I take it up all at once. If you have a small cup just pour some more water to drink up the residual. You shouldn’t be taking more than one scoop (5g) per serving. Maybe that’s why some have issues with too much powder left over in their drink? Take 1 serving 2-4x a day for a week if loading but really loading isn’t necessary. All the same after 3-4 weeks unless you want an immediate growth effect for some reason. So 1 scoop a day after your training should do it. This isn’t a miracle substance. You need to be training to take effect. It helps with providing energy for the last rep or whatever it is your pushing through. No need to cycle off as studies have shown but I always cycle off everything I take, even caffeine.
Overall happy with the product. Not happy that creatine (and everything else) has quadrupled in price. No issues with bloating. No pain in my gut. No gas so far but it can developed over time as expected. Measured the scoop to be 5g give or take half a gram. Has a lot number and expiration date (mine is 3 years).
Make sure to drink plenty of water. Happy lifting/training!
