I bought these for an upcoming trip where a lot of indulgence will happen with foods and wines. So I figured, to be safe, and keep up with the others on my trip. Let’s be extra hydrates. I tried one to see if I liked them prior to me giving them the ok to pack in my bag. They are surprisingly yummy. Especially in a cold bottle of water! Can’t wait to see how they hold up when I’m feeling down and out.

If you suffer from the heat or have been exercising. This stuff is unbelievable of how it can relieve the dehydration slump. Try it, I think this product is great relief.

I love that it’s a two in one punch product, it helps with dehydration, helps with vitamin c, immune system, and has zinc. It’s all included in these tiny little stick packs, which is pretty cool, but I enjoy them everyday because I like walking in the mornings or working out and they keep me hydrated
