I had never heard of a vibration platform before seeing a TikTok video. I did some research and decided to give it a try. I’ve only just gotten started and there are so many videos online to watch (for different results). The vibration plate itself is very sturdy, and seems to be excellent quality. I’m eager to see if it helps my sciatica pain, and also want to firm up and tone some muscles. I’m 61, and although I worked out and exercised regularly when I was younger, I just got out of the habit over the last few years. I didn’t want to take on a strenuous exercise program at my age now, and I think this is going to be great, along with doing some walking too. My best friend ordered one after I told her about it – she asked her chiropractor what he thought and he said “absolutely!”. I’ve read that these have been used by physical therapists for years. The best thing is that I work from home and can use my vibration plate anytime during the day. I keep it right beside my desk.
