I love this item. I am very happy I purchased it. I am mid 60’s with osteoporosis. I heard about a study where they recommended low level vibration several times per day. It is supposed to help prevent or help osteoporosis. That is the sole reason I bought it. I go on it many times per day. Sometimes for 5 minutes and sometimes for 15 minutes etc etc. I have my computer on a high countertop. I call this my “standing desk”. I put the machine directly under it. So, first thing in the morning I click it on and scroll though emails, etc. I have it on the lowest setting and that is all I need. Every time I go on the computer I point the remote and it clicks on. I found it difficult to drink my coffee while being on the machine so now I drink my coffee with a straw and it works fine. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the remote quit working as good and fast as it did in the beginning. I could still get it to start but sometimes it took too many clicks where as in the beginning it took only 1 click. I contacted customer service, took a video and showed it to them and they immediately said they would send a new one out right away. This was awesome! Very quick response to my problem! So, I got my new machine and am back being happy! And vibrating…Sometimes I do back and forth stretches on it and it really works the different areas. I could do more but I am a gym rat for all my other workout items. I went through tons of you tube videos and this was always in the top 5 or 10 yet the price was the BEST! I don’t know if it helps with osteoporosis but it certainly will not hurt me and does not take up too much room. Just put it in a spot where you WILL USE IT!

I love this thing! I have edema due to previous DVT’s. I talked to my doctor about trying vibration plate therapy for the circulation and fluid retention. He said YES, go for it! I have been using this daily for a bout a week. What I notice is that when I’m done with the 15 minutes my legs are tingling. Which means the circulation and muscles are being stimulated and finally getting some much needed movement. Due to having heart & lung issues, I am unable to exercise or even walk long distances, because my heart rate skyrockets. This has helped my legs get the movement they need. I read the reviews and with the lifetime warranty and good ratings, I didn’t hesitate to purchase this brand! Plus their customer service is in the USA, and are quick to respond to emails! I had a little difficulty getting to the correct link to register it for the warranty. The customer service team replied within 12 hours and were very kind and helpful. What I wished I could change? The remote is really crappy, light weight, buttons are weak, and will LIKELY become junk way before the unit is even broken in. I also wished I could change the “beep” when changing speed. My dog freaks out at high pitched noises. The plate itself is super sturdy, has handles for easy movement, holds a person up to 325(ish) pounds! Well constructed and heavy duty. I’m fat, so my flab also jiggles, and I know that it helps just moving my body all over which will hopefully show me some benefits one day. After using it standing up the first day, I definitely noticed muscles in my body which I hadn’t used in a while. Therefore, I say if you are on the fence about this product, just go for it! Email their customer service and discuss the pros vs. cons. If you have medical conditions, always consult your doctor first!

I researched all of the vibration platforms before I made my choice. There were several reasons why I chose LifePro. 1. I loved the lifetime warranty. 2. The details that outlined the quality and integrity of their product, to include additional support. 3. The details of what the vibration plate was capable of doing, and the body systems it supported. 4. Price
I have recently been diagnosed with a rare inherited disease that has a toxic accumulation of copper in the body. It affects the liver, kidneys, brain and eyes. I have chosen to treat my condition holistically with the help of my wonderful physician. (Please note, I’m not making any medical claims, I’m sharing my personal experience with this product. Everyone is different, and these are my results.) It was recommended that I purchase a vibration machine to help flush out the toxic build up of copper from my body. One of my many symptoms was excessive lower extremity pitting edema in both legs. With this disease, all elimination of copper based foods is vital, which I did immediately. This helped to reduce a percentage of swelling, however, I still had a considerable amount of toxic copper in my system. I’ve had the LifePro for about 2 weeks now, and I use it 2-4 times per day on average, in different positions, and using different programs (P0-P9). I have my favorites…
Within the first 3 days of using this machine, 100% of the edema was GONE!! I had my legs, ankles and feet back to normal, and I was extremely happy!!! I could see improvement immediately, and I thought I was seeing things! But honestly, it worked! I used the machine 10 times in 3 days, and I saw dramatic improvement!
The additional benefits I have received have been more stamina, less fatigue, I’m feeling better every day, and along with lots of water after each set, I feel that the toxic levels are quickly being flushed from my system. I am also using this machine for lymphatic drainage, focusing primarily on my upper body where the lymphatic ducts are located. So I do at least 1-2 sessions with my arms on the machine, both front and back. This is best done on lower settings P0-P3.
Additionally, I reached out to customer service, as I had a few questions about the settings. I used Facebook Messager, as I had joined their VIP Facebook group, which everyone who purchases this machine is able to be part of. Joel, one of the owners, was quick to reply, and answered all of my questions in detail! The Facebook group also gives you access to several videos on how to use the machine and different exercises you can do. I found these to all be bonuses for me, since my primary reason for purchasing was not for fitness. I explained to Joel my situation, and he was really accommodating to my request for the information I needed to support my health journey; so that I get the most (and best) use out of the vibration machine.
I am super happy with this product, and the support is fantastic! You will not be disappointed. This machine is everything they say it is, and MORE!!!
