I use a lot of the Atkins shakes and there was a real good deal on these awhile back. With the extra protein, was a great deal! Have had the same flavor in the regular version and this Plus version actually has a little more watered down chocolate flavor and at first it was a bit off-putting and disappointing when compared. But, got used it and was fine. Would certainly buy again if given the deep discount option.

Started going to the gym at age 63. Needed more protein than what I get a chance to eat. Gives me that extra burst of energy before or after going to the gym.
