Where do I start? I spent so much time and money looking for a good protein shake and I’ve finally found it! All of the flavors are good but this one is my fav. I mix mines with a double shot of expresso on ice, from Starbucks. Buy it!

I really enjoy this product. Tastes great and love that it has protein. When I need to be on the road it dies not need to be cold to taste good. Sometimes I also use it as a creamer/caramel in my coffee at home and then can save the rest for later.

Thus is my breakfast every day. All the vitamins. Low carb. Fills me up until mid afternoon. Oh. I’m 80 … Dont eat as much as I used to . great nutrition bang for my buck. I now have to watch that I don’t get “empty” calories.
